Electrician

£33,000-£40,000 PA

37.5 Hours per week

(Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm)

Covering Hull & Surrounding Area

Due to our ever-increasing workload we are seeking qualified electricians to join our team to help support the continued progression & growth of the company.


The works we facilitate are varied, however mainly within the commercial sector. Applicants with a domestic background will also be considered, providing they can show they have the necessary drive and willingness to adapt and learn in a fast paced environment.


The ability to test your own work, correctly complete installation and minor works certification along with risk assessments and uploading of required detail to our job management system is an absolute must for this role.


The individual must be customer facing, take pride in their work, have good problem solving and installation skills and be willing to become a key contributor to providing the level of service and customer satisfaction our clients have come to expect.

Plumbing & Heating Engineer

£33,000-£40,000 PA

37.5 Hours per week

(Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm)

Covering Hull & Surrounding Area

Due to ongoing contracts and continued expansion, we currently seeking time served plumbing and heating engineers (minimum NVQ level 2 ) you’ll also hold domestic gas qualification. Successful applicants will have opportunities to continue their professional development in areas such as, heat pumps, air source and Commercial Gas.

You must be motivated with a focus on delivering the highest levels of customer service, with a keen eye for detail. You’ll also liaise with our admin team via a mobile app to ensure works are completed and any ongoing works are logged appropriately. Good communication skills both verbally and written are essential for this role. You will be provided with a company van, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence. The role would be primarily servicing, fault finding and installation. The works may not always be gas related as we also carry out works in different areas of the plumbing, heating and electrical sector so a flexible approach to work is needed. Service

Co-ordinator

£25,000 - £27,000

37.5 Hours per week

(Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm)

Office based - Free onsite parking

With an emphasis on delivering quality services we require a candidate with the right skills and personality to work with us to achieve continued company growth and success.


As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service helpdesk in conjunction with the Project Managers, acting as a point of contact between the company, customers and our suppliers.


Responsibilities:

- Dealing with incoming job requests and allocating works to the appropriate Engineer ensuring effective diary management.

- Arranging planned PPM and service level agreement works and communicating effectively to service providers and customers involved.

- Upload and Maintain information on job activities in line with service agreements.

- Resolving service desk problems and improve current service desk methods to increase productivity.

- Build and Maintain strong working relationships with key customers and business colleagues in order to provide a professional customer service approach and new business leads.

- Assist with other required office administrative tasks to support the wider business functions.


Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong Organisational Skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.

- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office.

- Familiarity with working with Job management systems.

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Logical thinker and ability to work under pressure in an ever changing fast paced environment.

Customer Service

Apprenticeship
